MUSING MONDAYS 005: A roundup of things I've been thinking deeply about from the previous week, but not enough to write a dedicated blog post about it (yet).

LOVERS NEVER DIE

I discovered this brand via Twitter back in March, and it was such an integral part of my healing process. The message of the brand, which encourages people to feel their feelings, really struck a chord in me during a time where I wanted to suppress what I was feeling. Support the brand here!

DANCING

One of the most important lessons I've learned this year is to never reject my body's impulse to move to a good beat. I must clarify that I don't dance in a Tiktok-type of way, but in a, "here's my attempt at being part of the Step Up franchise" type of way. They would never let me in, but that's what makes it fun!

#THANKFUL

In honor of Thanksgiving last week, here are the top 3 things I am most thankful for this year:

1. Meeting new people and creating new connections.
2. My mom's Filipino sopas recipe which lasts me for 6 meals.
3. The invention of baseball caps.
